C4Visuals Policies and Guidelines

1. Booking and Scheduling

• Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking your session as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total session fee.
• Session Duration: The length of each session varies depending on the package selected. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your session.

2. Payment Policies

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via CASH, CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, CASH APP. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Final edited images will not be delivered until full payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Deposits are non-refundable, but you may apply the deposit to a future session if rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
• Weather Policy: For outdoor sessions, we will monitor the weather closely. If the forecast predicts inclement weather, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling options.

4. Image Delivery and Turnaround Time

• Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after your session. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
• Delivery Method: Images will be delivered via a secure online gallery where you can download the high-resolution files. You will receive an email with instructions once your images are ready.
• Image Selection: We carefully select the best images for editing. Raw, unedited files may be included in the final delivery if in chosen package.

5. Image Usage Rights

• Personal Use License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying on personal websites.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use of the images requires a separate license agreement. Please contact us for more information if you wish to use the images for business or marketing purposes.
• Copyright: C4Visuals retains all copyright and ownership rights to the images. Clients may not resell, alter, or redistribute the images without written permission.

6. Model Release

• Consent: By booking a session with C4Visuals, you consent to the use of your images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify me before the session.

7. Conduct and Etiquette

• Client Conduct: We expect clients to behave respectfully and courteously during the session. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.

8. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

• No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your images. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images, and we will work with you to address any issues.

9. Privacy Policy

• Data Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• Communication: We may contact you via email or phone regarding your session and other related services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

At C4Visuals, we strive to deliver high-quality, fully edited images that reflect our creative vision and professionalism. We kindly ask that you refrain from screenshotting or sharing any unedited images on social media or other platforms, as they do not represent the final product.

If you’d like additional edited images beyond what’s included in your package, you can purchase them for $10 per image. Please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you with any additional edits or requests.
